ABOUT US

In 1984 the first “The Xerox Shop” was establised. A supplier of Xerox photocopiers, facsimile and typewriters, the business rapidly grew to become one of the leading providers of photocopying and printing products in Queensland.

In 2000, The Xerox Shop was re-branded as "XEROX Business Centre". This name was then quickly adopted by other authorised dealers of Xerox machinery around Queensland and today is a well recognised brand throughout metropolitan and regional areas.

De-regulation of the Australian Telecommunications industry in 1989, allowed the XEROX Business Centre to also embrace the emerging Mobile Telephony, Key Telephone Systems and PABX markets. Subsequently the “The NEC Shop" was established, Xerox Business Centre Brisbane - Market Leaderwhich in time became "NEC Business Centre". Partnering with NEC, it emerged as the most successful reseller of NEC products in Australia.

With the convergence of Voice, Print and Data networks, the business developed extensive expertise in integrating IP Telephony, Voice Over IP and Document Management within a common IP Network. Building on this experience, the business recognised the need to accelerate the Data products and services offered to customers, and joined with new partners Mitel and Cisco Systems and renamed as Xtream.

The next step in the evolution of this growing company came in 2007, when the XEROX Business Centre and Xtream became a part of CSG Limited and renamed CSG Business Centre and CSG Communications, respectively. CSG Ltd has significant expertise in the design, implementation and delivery of integrated technology solutions to both business and government throughout the Northern Territory.

With the 2007 expansion, CSG Ltd now consists of some 450 staff and 6 office sites in Perth, Darwin, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Cairns, allowing the group to service businesses across the entire country.
