In 1984 the first “The Xerox Shop” was established. A supplier of Xerox photocopiers, facsimile and typewriters, the business rapidly grew to become one of the leading providers of photocopying and printing products in Queensland.  

In 2000, The Xerox Shop was re-branded as "XEROX Business Centre". This name was then quickly adopted by other authorised dealers of Xerox machinery around Queensland and today is a well recognised brand throughout metropolitan and regional areas. CSG Business Centre Brisbane continues to be the largest Xerox dealership in Australia.

The next step in the evolution of this growing company came in 2007, when the XEROX Business Centre became a part of CSG Limited. The CSG business started in Darwin in 1988 as a Xerox Business Centre. It became CSG when it expanded its services into the information and communications industry.  

We are now an information, communications and technology company with significant expertise in the design, implementation and delivery of integrated technology solutions to both business and government. We employ over 450 people in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland and are proud to have our head office in Darwin where our business began.

Denis Mackenzie is the Managing Director of CSG and the major foundation shareholder. Denis has a strong mix of strategic, technical and financial skills and has been instrumental in driving the growth of CSG. Our management team has a strong record of managing growth and building sustainable, consistent business and we are well positioned as a large IT outsourcing provider to take advantage of the increasing opportunities in the Australian IT&C industry. We are a leader in our major markets in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland where we have a broad client base consisting of in excess of 20 government agencies and 1000 small to medium enterprises.
