FAQ's

    Who can register to use CSG Consumables Online?
Anyone can register to use CSG consumables online. You don’t have to own a Xerox device to be able to purchase from CSG Consumables online, you simply need to register your details to start shopping.

    How can I register?
You can contact the Consumables Department on (07) 3840 1212 and a sales consultant can setup your account with you over the phone.

    Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Once you have added all the items that you require to your shopping cart and proceeded to the checkout, you will have an option to input your credit card details for secure online processing.

    My company doesn’t use credit card, can I set up an account?
Yes. To set up an account simply place your order as you normally would and do not chose to input credit card details. Your order will be place and one of our sales consultants will be notified and they will then contact you to set up a 30 day account. To set up an account a direct deposit guarantee will be required as a back up payment method, just in case.

    How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This really depends on the delivery method that you have chosen. For free next day delivery your order needs to be received prior to 12.00pm. If it is received after 12.00pm your order will take 2 business days to be delivered.
While waiting for your order we ask for your patience. As we use external courier companies once the order is collected from our office we can not control the exact time of delivery. If you do require your order by a specific time, please select the bullet method of delivery or call our Consumables Department on (07) 3840 1212 to discuss your requirements with them.

    How can I obtain discounts?
Discounts are set up against your account information, so that each time you purchase discounts are automatically applied to your order. Contact your Consumables Account Manger to request a discount level is setup against your account.

    What do I need to do to be eligible for larger discounts?
Discount levels are applied based on the total quantity and value of consumables purchased, usually over the period of a month. You will need to speak with your Consumables Account Manager to see what the total order requirements are for each level of discounts. You can then work out what discounting level is most suitable for you.

    I have a maintenance contract, how many items can I order at one time?
This will vary depending on the type and quantity of devices that you have, but here are a few general rules to follow.

ou can not reorder consumables until they are at 75% used. Don’t panic, ordering at this stage will still leave you plenty of time to receive your order before they run out.
With most colour machines you can order 1 of each colour toners, 2 black toners, 2 waste cartridges and 4 drums. With black machines it is usually 2 black toners and 1 each for waste cartridges and drums.
If you area heavy used or involved in a special project and need to increase your order, please contact the CSG service department on (07) 3255 2722 to make special arrangements.

    Can I come in and pick up my order, instead of waiting for a courier?
Defiantly. If you would like to come to our office and collect your order, please notify at the time of booking. Our stores department is located at 252 Montague Road, West End and is open from 8.30am – 4.30pm.

    How many reams of paper are there per box?
This depends on the size of paper. If you are using A4 paper there are 5 reams per box. With A3 and SRA3 sizes there are only 3 reams per box.

    What do I do if I can’t find the product that that I am looking for?
We aim to have an extensive product list for you to browse through, however if you can’t find a product that you are looking for don’t be disheartened. We are able to source most items that you will need and if there is something that isn’t already displayed on our website, please let us know so that we can find it for you. Contact the Consumables department on (07) 3840 1212 or consumables@xbc.com.au, with your special request.

    Do you only supply Xerox brand consumables?
Not at all. While we do stock a complete range of Xerox brand toners, waste cartridges, drums, paper, labels, presentation products, etc, we also supply all non-Xerox brand toners and cartridges as well. If you have a variety of office printers, we can cater for all of your different toner cartridges in one place. HP, Epson, Canon, Brother, Toshiba, Ricoh, etc, CSG Consumables are able to source them all. If your toners or cartridge aren’t displayed on our site, please let us know on (07) 3840 1212 or consumables@xbc.com.au.
