CSG Limited and its CSG Business Centres are committed to protecting your privacy. In accordance with Australian privacy law, this statement outlines how we protect the privacy of your personal information.

What personal information do we collect and why do we need it?
To enable us to supply products and provide services to you, we need to collect personal information about you.
We will not use your personal information or disclose it to other organisations for any other purpose unless we have your consent or are authorised to do so by law. We may however disclose personal information about you to other organisations in the CSG Ltd Group so that they can send you information about products and services which may be of interest to you.

How do we collect the personal information?
We collect and record personal information provided directly to us through our website. Personal information may be collected in the following situations:

Unless we are required by law to provide your personal information to others, your personal information will only be accessed or used by persons working in or for our CSG Business Centres (including our own staff and contractors).
Our information systems and files are kept secure from unauthorised access and our staff and contracted agents and service providers have been informed of the importance we place on protecting your privacy, and their role in helping us to do so.
What if you want to check what personal information we hold about you?
Subject to any legal restrictions we will let you know what personal information we hold about you, if you request this. If your request is particularly complex or requires detailed searching of our records, there may be a cost to you for us to provide this information.
If you believe there are errors in any records we hold about you, please let us know and we will investigate and correct any inaccuracies.
Website collection
When you visit our website a small text file known as a cookie may be downloaded to your computer. This allows us to provide a better service by directing you to your preferred settings on subsequent visits. You can adjust how your computer deals with cookies via your internet browser.
Our web server may also collect the user's IP address. We use this information to work out how many times the Website has been visited, identify where users of our website come from; and track which parts of the Website have been visited so we can improve the content and layout.
